Church usage is limited to events sponsored by a church member or staff. A church member must be responsible for all church activities.


    Non-ministerial events include: Birthday Parties, Wedding Showers, Baby Showers, Sports Practices, Play/Concert Practices

    Set-up and Clean-up is included in the above hours. Extra time may be permitted through the church office prior to use.

    The following are reserved for Ministerial Events only. Please mark “NO” for all other events.:


    If yes, fill out the attached Kitchen Policy Form.

    This is for anything other than use of counter space, refrigerator, and ice machine.


    If van is needed you must complete the church bus/van request form.

    Payment for Non-Ministerial facility use is due upon booking. Make checks payable to First United Methodist Church.
